If someone works for a bank as a teller,

Poor example because "driving" is not part of the teller's paid responsibilities.(she could've taken a bus, taxi, etc.)

Now short changing an customer would fall under her failed responsibilities and the bank held responsible for the losses.

(I'm not a lawyer but I stayed at an holiday Inn...)

Where at the end you'd find:

I don’t think this is equivalent either, since the truck driver is paid to actually drive a truck, and wasn’t just commuting to work.

I was just trying to fix the example given, not make it a good example.
