One thing I think we all know is when the communists (aka) democrats, propose anything they don’t give up until they get what they want.
Republicans on the other hand sit quietly, passively by and observe and in so many cases, take notes so as to ask dems how they can help. (although on occasion they feign outrage, it is mostly a circus dog and pony show)IMO!
I am thankful for Cruz, and a few others who do all they can to fight both parties on the front lines and in their face.

Text of the proposed amendment(PDF) It gives Congress (who will likely delegate the power to the FEC) the power to regulate how campaign funds (and "in-kind equivalents") are raised, how much funding can be raised, and how it may be spent.
It will mean that Dem incumbents will NEVER be voted out of office.

The original intent of the First Amendment was to protect POLITICAL speech, not obscenity or artistic endeavors. The problem is that the intent of the First Amendment has been inverted by modernist judges.

My understanding is that this proposal is so bad, the ACLU is actively fighting against it.

Duh, gee, bramps, maybe because he didn’t know what had happened ?
Omniscience is not a characteristic of even the best humans. Maybe you should sponsor God as a candidate. He’s the only one that seems to fit your demands.

He just happened to catch the stories about possible voter fraud but missed the one’s about McDaniel being portrayed as a racist?

Ted Cruz congratulated him and scolded the GOP for possible voter fraud but SAID NOTHING about the Cochran campaign using disgusting tactics to beat McDaniel. Mark Levin cowered the other night and didnt ask Cruz why he congratulated a scumbag like Cochran. So why dont you (whom I guessing would label me a troll) answer?
Why would any conservative with integrity congratulate a candidate who allowed his campaign to brand a good man as a racist in order to win an election?
Hey Bramps, try to keep up with current events.
