Not “slipping away”; FLEEING from the GOPe’s attempts to “crush the Tea Party everywhere.
Such incredible STUPIDITY to wage war on your “uppity” base.
The GOPe reaps what it has sewn.
The GOP have imploded themselves, they pi$$ on the base daily. Calling us racists in Mississippi, then working their butts off to make sure a black man didn’t get elected in Oklahoma.

But really, in this time of such ineptness from the Obama administration, should democrats even be in the race? You know the real story, we’re toast.
And we get the “wonderful results” of the Democrats still being in control of the Senate ... :-) ...
Since their actual job is to defend their bankster masters from the negative financial effects of disruptive political insurrection, their anti-Tea Party tactics have actually been quite brilliant.
Is there any wonder why the GOP are doing so horribly even when faced with a tyrant?
One reaps what ones sows.
Keep crapping on Conservatives and the GOP will lose it all.
As I’ve said many times, they saw a wave coming and they were scared to death that a wave would sweep conservatives into their precious Senate. So they moved heaven and earth to get incumbents and their bland clones the nominations all across the country...so the gravy train keeps flowing.
It won’t last though. There will likely still be a wave, but at the lower levels, in the down-ballot races. They’ve been putting all their money and attention on the senate that they haven’t been able to manipulate the down-ballot races much. And those will be the breeding grounds for the replacements to the aging Establishment Gerald Ford admirers.
In 2010 the republicans took 700 legislative seats, and 19 legislative chambers (losing some in 2012). I’m hoping we see that happen again, move Convention of States applications through the legislatures and tame the federal leviathan.
I’ve said from the beginning, the GOP’s gains in the Senate will be: WVA, MT, SD and possibly Alaska.
The max gain will be +4.
The GOP doesn’t deserve the votes of people that have been screwed over once too many. voting for them will just encourage them to continue the course they’re on.
These “voting habits” may not encourage those in the GOP ... but they certainly encourage the Democrats — and for that, they are deeply grateful! ... :-) ...
The GOPe has a brilliant plan.....
Too bad it’s to win the minority in the Senate...

The way I see it, with RAT and GOPe being virtually indistinguishable, we must shake things up by refusing to play the game by their rules.
It's only a matter of time until elections are all about pluralities. The new Hispanics are not going to be as malleable as the Democrats think--they come from a chaotic political tradition of multiple parties.
It's not just third party, but several parties
from libertarian to communist
that I believe is in our future. It might even work out better, since a plurality is easier to get and will dilute the power of the oligarchs.
The new “rebranded” GOP prefers coming in 2nd all the time anyway. It’s like kissing your sister.
