Seeing how the article is by two libs from Politico, and the nature of the slams on this thread, and noting the posters making the fun slams of Akin, the conclusion is clear:
Akin must be a true conservative and he has been and is still being marginalized by the press and GOP operatives for their own reasons.
It’s a good thing politicians cannot sue FR bloggers for slander.
Or he really is an idiot and the conservatives around here are correct in their opinions of him.
Here is about the only post I made on him, now I can see why Governor Palin opposed him and later asked him to drop out.

I dont know anything about Akin, and a 12 year, good voting record sounds great, but I did catch most of his interview on the Hannity show, and he gave me the willies.
Im ready for a good conservative underdog fight, but Akin seemed creepy that day, fixated on winning the next office, self absorbed, vain, and rigid, egoistical in a quiet, mock Christian way, is he always like that?
