MOSCOW - Russian investigators say they have arrested and charged a Ukrainian air force pilot, whose plane was shot down during fighting, with killing two Russian journalists.

Ukraine has been rocked by fighting between pro-Russia rebels and government forces for over three months. The two Russian state-owned TV channel employees died in June after being hit by mortar fire in the Ukrainian city of Luhansk.

The pilot was downed in Ukraine, interrogated by the separatists, now showed up in Russia, proving conclusively there are no links between Russia and the separatists.

The Russians claim they picked her up trying to enter Russia as a refuge from eastern-Ukraine. I also don’t recall any earlier ‘news’ about a Ukrainian pilot getting shot down and captured by the separatist forces.

The Aydar battalion of Luhansk with which this woman was working is a para-military unit into which paid Right Sector fascists were recruited.

Hence they are fascist-paramilitaries.
