Making restitution can be imposed as part of his sentence but criminal misappropriation of funds calls for prosecution and not for Let’s Make a Deal, especially pre-indictment. He also has to have a campaign treasurer, registered with the Federal Elections Commission. Since Eric Cantor, as a candidate, was not supposed to handle contributions to his on campaign, it is the treasurer who gets whacked first. If Cantor handled contributions to his own campaign, make that a cell for two! Add in Thad Cockroach and Haley Boss Hogg Barbour and we can reserve a two-cell suite for them.
