I’ve been following him too....he’s a bit of a loose cannon, but an errant shot here and there is of no consequence if he often hits the target.

Rand Paul is a loose cannon slewing about the gun deck at least half of the time. Few here seem to complain.

Being on target > 50% of the time is a plus.
