Ironic that this is being discussed in New Orleans. I promise you the Essence crowd isn`t enjoying the ambience of the Lower Ninth Ward or any of the un_gentrified ghettoes of the city. Not if they value their lives and certainly not at night. And those trying to gentrify the Marigny and Bywater are being welcomed by crime-assault,robbery and theft on a daily basis. Slow learners.

Actually, the correct term is “multi-trial” learners.
Once a “’Chocolate’ city, always a ‘Chocolate’ city”.
