Institutionalized corruption. Rahm Emmanuel takes it a step further by declaring his personal home as the office of some tax-free foundation, thus avoiding state and local real estate taxes as well. Funny how these same crooks lecture us about not paying our fair share. Once I saw how John and Teresa Kerry paid a tax rate less than half of what I paid on 1000 times the income, I knew that the level of corruption which permeates our ruling class can never be ameliorated.

Not to mention all they could extort for the Clinton Library and three tax-exempt foundations......and so on, and so forth, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum.
