I was just behind a young Hispanic, her significant other, and 3 kids at the grocery store. They rang up $500 worth of groceries on their EBT card. While in line she was talking to someone who came up and was telling them what a great time they all had at Hurricane Harbor yesterday. Hurricane Harbor is $40 a pop. So they had $200 for entertainment but not for food.
