The first revolution in this country started because the citizens were being unfairly taxed to enhance and build a bigger government for the king. Same thing in happening now and we are almost at the breaking point again.
The 1776 revolution had a long ramp-up, a period of a decade or decades of usurpations whose combination led to a breaking point.
Likewise today, a free people will endure increased usurpations until a breaking point.
Whether that point is reached when the chance of success is tiny or nil is the big question. In Dinesh’s America, the margin of victory was so precarious, he suggests one bullet to Washington it would have failed.
We are one Bundy ranch away from the resolution conflict. It will happen as too many American patriots still exist to sit by and watch the country die. Too many people grew up free to accept this police state. But the American people are slow to anger. Its coming to a boil slowly but surely.
The number of people complaining about high taxation is well under 50%. Most people now are net receivers of government payments or services. These takers are not complaining because they're -- well, happy about it. The producers are -- well, busy producing so they aren't about to revolt.
Going to have to come up with some reason other than "high taxation".
