The people would have to unite and literally jail just about everyone in the District of Criminals.
Oh, I think the 'purge' would far greater than that.
Most of the leadership in our educational system has been corrupted, there are well funded NGO's like La Raza who have activists across the country, the major union movements are used like standing armies, their people have been installed and are in entrenched positions throughout our entire defense structure.
And finally, we have to realize that there are very large groups of disafected minorities who hate this country and wish violence upon us all.
