Google put up a parade on the 4th of July. They did so using Google’s colors. The use of several colors != a “rainbow.”
Should Google have abandoned its colors? what colors would have been acceptable?
If they wanted to avoid controversy on the 4th of July, they would have post an image along the lines of what Bing posted. But they’re a bunch of leftists and so of course they welcomed the turmoil that would come with posting a rainbow parade.
