I know but if WE trash the Constitution too, we’re no better then they are. It’s all we have Jim, that piece of paper is all that stands between us and the third world. We have to find a way to work within the law, there has to be a way we just have to find it.

That parchment isn’t going to stop us from becoming a third world country.

Since the regime and its enablers, the republicants, are igmnoring that piece of paper where they choose to, how is that standing between us and the third world? Little bath house barry boy has been instructed to turn US into a third world gaggle wherever he can get it done.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Responding to critics of his decision to purchase the Louisiana territory, Jefferson:
“[a] strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to the written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means.”

There won’t be a constitution if our borders continue to be invaded
because there won’t be a country.

What part of that do you not understand?

Sir I respectfully suggest the federal government is lawless. Further at present the federal government intends to destroy our republic and our constitution. The federal government is seditious if not outright treasonous. An example, the SCOTUS says the states cannot enforce federal immigration law. The federal government refuses to enforce immigration laws. Thereby ensuring the invasion. It is way past time to tell the federal government no and mean it.
