The Boston Pops didn't play the 1812 Overture last night because of the rain. They played a video of an old performance. That's always the best part of the celebration. :(
They had to evacuate everyone from the hatch shell.

A local park used to play the 18th Overture and they had the National Guard canoneers shoot 4 canon. It was cool. Both my sons were canoneers at the time.
