A San Francisco Police sergeant was killed in February 1970 by a bomb that was set off at his police station.There's no expiation date on murder.In fact,given that a bomb was used it just might have been a federal offense.
There is no statute of limitations on murder ....
if Ayers had anything to do with that police station bombing, then he can be charged accordingly.
