He will either double-down on the treachery by claiming there was no treachery. Or he will take his medicine like a man. I don't think he (or the people in his camp) are manly men. I bet he goes double-down. And I bet he'll cover his trail with allegations of racism, and attempt to marginalize the tea party as extremists. I think he'll run with those gambits because he is not smart enough to recognize what an utter failure they will amount to. After all, it's been working for the democrats for years. How he thinks he'll hold on to his seat in Mississippi after all this is positively delusional. He has already lost, and doesn't know it yet. Worst part is ... the liberal shills he has advising him don't really see him losing his seat to a democrat as a failure in the big picture.
