HMMM, I recall back in 1994 when Christine Todd Whitman was elected Gov of NJ, there were accusations flying around mainly by the "Justice Brothers" Jackson and Sharptongue that her campaign mgrs were giving some "revruns" in Newark, Camden and other such areas "walking around money" to gin up the Black vote, or to discourage them from voting for her opponent. "The church needs a new roof, can ya help us out?" was supposedly the catch-phrase to access that $$$.
