Gabriela Rosa, 47, pleaded guilty in Manhattan Federal Court on Friday in a deal that required the Democrat to immediately resign from the Assembly.

This has been going on for a long time. When I worked in Massachusetts in the 1990’s they busted a lady who had a Diplomatic job for the Dominican embassy in New York and was collecting welfare in Lawrenceville. Lots of foreign nationals have networks that teach you how to milk the system even before they arrive.
