Isn’t that Nelson a judge who was part of railroading George in the first place?

George should appeal.

The ruling is factually and legally incorrect and should be overturned.

You’re right. she was the presiding judge in the State of Florida v. George Zimmerman.

Her reputation, among some, as a tough-on-defendants judge, has been analyzed in light of her handling of the case where George Zimmerman fatally shot the 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

He should have asked her to recuse herself. He wasn’t a ‘public figure’ until the Martins’ attorneys and networks made him one. He didn’t ask to become a public figure. He was forced into that role, seemingly against his will.

It costs money to appeal. Zimmerman doesn’t have any.

George should appeal.”

If this is the same judge, then George should not only appeal, but he should also consider suing his attorney for malpractice for letting this case be heard by that judge.
