A good decision, but not broad and sweeping. Said "closely held corporations," in which a few stockholders control more than 50%. Doesn't exempt, say, Ford. Isn't a broad strike-down of the "mandate."

Still, it's a surprise. Moreover, when combined with the VERY strong blow against the unions, we must celebrate.

The caution here is that, as @bensmith said on Twitter, "The SCOTUS has a bad habit of infringing freedom broadly then making exemptions narrowly."

The broader question was not before them, I read part of the decision. It specifically states that they are not ruling, today, on the broadly held corporations.
