I’d vote for a civil unrest/big government over reach list.
It wouldn’t overlap any other lists that I know of.

Well, as I have to point out every so often, it's not this administration
— this is to say that simply voting in new people will change it — it's an endemic and systemic symptom. To really change it we need to cut out whole fedgov agencies.
