Precisely! They do that through their board of directors and corporate executives who they employ.

If I were an incrementalist I would probably want the shareholders to declare a religious designation at an AGM or other such meeting rather than their designate, the CEO.

An incrementalist conservative is one who wants baby steps in the right direction rather than just jumping at once to the right answer.
