Ukrainian military captured Russian tank after the attack in Artemìvs′kom-Defense
Tank, which captured the Ukrainian military during a terrorist attack on the military part of the Artemivsk Russian, according to the Defense Ministry.
Specialists of the Department found that the factory numbers of tank t-64 were produced in October 1987 on the Har′kìvs′komu tankovomu plant. For archival data of this combat unit sent to military units on the territory of the RSFSR.
This tank was not the armed forces of Ukraine . Also, military seized a hand-held flame thrower "mel′", on which was written "from Russia with love." It also brought from the territory of Russia.
The way things are going, one could probably get a T-64 for a bottle of vodka.
The main thing I notice consistently is checkpoints with vehicles in simple revetments and infantry in positions around the vehicle or vehicles. The infantry positions and the revetments almost always have plenty of bright white sandbags around them that don't seem to ever get dirty.
Since there don't seem to be alternate positions spread around a vehicle revetment or connecting trenches at least deep enough to crawl along without being exposed, the infantry positions are easy to identify. Probably even with Eyeball MK I in moderate moonlight once your eyes are adjusted to the night.
It's tough to judge what's the norm since some clips say they show regular Army but the troops clearly aren't trained to anywhere near the same level as units identified as regular Army in other clips.
