The only remedy for these folks and the ISIS types now marauding throughout the Middle East is massive Carpet Bombing. Any other solution will be regarded by them as victory. This is how they think. If you do not decimate them, then you have lost. This reminds one of the Japanese fanaticism in WWII - only the Japanese has more discipline.
