I don’t know what either the Blue Angels OR Thunderbirds fly. I was responding to the comment that the Fox folks who flew in military jets didn’t get sick; they weren’t in jets doing aerobatics, which explains why this AF Sec got sick and the Fox folks didn’t.
Well, I know what the Blue Angels fly.
I know because I live near Miramar .. which just happens to be a Marine Air Base.
And .. in October, during Fleet Week, the Blue Angels will fly right over my house with a roar that will almost knock you off your feet. They fly so low because they are doing a sweep toward the Military housing just a few blocks from me; all the kids stand outside their homes as the team salutes them with a fly over.
I love it.
