If the US House of Representatives acts as a body, that is standing for them. It’s different if it’s simply a handful of Representatives who jointly decide they are going to file a court case. That “handful” wouldn’t speak for the entire body, you see. That’s what they’re doing here, in order to initiate the case.
As far as “tossing it” ... I’m glad you weren’t advising those in the 12 US Supreme Court cases that slapped down Obama. I’m sure you would have advised them that it was useless and their cases would be “tossed” ... LOL ...
You may be willing to wait through 1-2 years of court challenges, & we know Boehner knows the Rats will challenge this in court, but the country cannot afford to wait.
