They are not passing a law ... they want to have “standing” as a “body” (the body being the US House of Representatives) ... therefore the vote being passed by the House shows that the court case is from “that body” - the US House of Representatives.
The courts will toss this in about 1-2 years, & by then Obama will have destroyed even more of this nation.
The courts are where you go to get s-l-o-w justice. The purse strings could be cut next budget season, while impeachment could begin the second week of November.
Boehner is a coward, a weak leader motivated by self interest. We need a hero leader who will jump into the water to save this country, not a fool who thinks draining the lake is the most prudent action.
