You’re not getting the time frame thing Star. Obama will be gone long before the courts are done with this. That is why it is a waste of time. If Republicans were serious they would defund any law that Obama creates or destroys but they are not serious people. Sad but true. At any rate I can live with our difference of opinion here. No biggie.
If you look over other Constitutional issues in the history of our country, they go through many administrations. We’ve got Constitutional issues going on right now that have gone on for over 50 years!
You always want to get Constitutional issues dealt with as soon as you can and we’ve got one right now with Obama and him stepping on the “Constitutional turf” of the US House of Representatives.
The problem with defunding is that it takes the Senate, too ... and that’s not going to happen.
