There will be a tax preparer certification program after all. That was the word from Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen.
If youre scratching your head after Loving v. Commissioner and wondering how thats possible, heres your answer: the program will be voluntary. Following losses at the lower court and the appellate court which held that IRS did not have the authority to regulate preparers, the IRS dropped the matter. For the 2014 tax season, tax preparers were required to have a preparer tax identification number (PTIN) but were not required to engage in testing or continuing education requirements; similarly, the new Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) designation was no longer relevant.

How about a certification program for all IRS employees and it’s commissioner? One that familiarizes them with the Constitution and recognizes (what is supposed to be) the limited nature of their jobs?
Guess which returns are more likely to be audited next year?
Hell anybody that does that for a living already spends most of their time learning more than the irs knows so they can help the People!
Enough! Shut down the IRS. Let the oligarchs who benefit from the government pay for government. The founding fathers were against income tax anyway.
PLEASE DO NOT believe the lies being pushed by the MSM (yeah, like THEY tell the truth about anything) but find out how the FAIRTAX would shrink — and KEEP — fedzilla’s tax collection bureaucracy to less than 1% of its present size and eliminate PERSONAL interactions with INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS!
And which group of preparers do you think are gonna be privy to the REAL interpretation of the rules?
Let me be clear. They don't understand their own documentation, and neither does their computer software understand their documentation.
“Voluntary at first, then they will harass people who use “non-qualified” preparers to the point it might as well be mandatory.”
A whole new fake industry is born; we always had tax preparers, now we’ll have tax/ObamaCare documentation preparers.
