Everyone seems to be missing the point.
We can’t show who they voted for, ballots have no identification tags.
That makes this a big up-hill push to get a judge to agree that the number of fraudulent votes is sufficient to invalidate the run-off election.
That depends on the number of invalid votes vs. the margin of victory.
When public confidence in election results hangs in the balance, a judge should be circumspect about endorsing a result that is questionable, and could be resolved with a do-over.
If there are enough fraudulent votes that the election COULD have been swung, it should be thrown out. Obviously you can’t know who those votes were cast for, but that brings the whole election into question and it can not stand.
