The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

I understand that it’s an indication they probably voted Dem on June 3rd, but it’s not hard and fast proof that they did. Although now someone says it actually is proof, which if true would change the situation completely.
READ POST 277. It answers all your questions.
Yes, I think she is on the Hinds County Election Commission, not a judge.
I’m sure someone sent it to Drudge but it won’t hurt for more to do so - go ahead!
Levin is getting on this now.
I do not believe it is necessary to prove they voted for Cochran. Given sufficient numbers, it should be sufficient to prove that they voted at all.
Please see post #277. This is from a Mississippi FReeper, who actually voted in both the primary and runoff.
Doesn't matter if it doesn't. Courts are free to fashion any remedy they feel like dishing out.
-- But I can't see an election being reversed on statistical testimony --
Neither can I, but at some point, the math works with a precision that is at least as good as the precision of counting the ballots in the first place.
Her name is Connie Cochran
I wonder if McD is successful, if it will FINALLY get the beer drinking, never voting, never involved but always complaining white idiots off their keysters....
@RisingRedStorm @BarryMaicock1 @ChuckCJohnson @senatormcdaniel @WayneDupreeShow really....already found to be over 800 who double voted
I’ll be first to say it. Connie Cochran is a lying, cheating b&tch!!!
Rumor has it she was one of the last persons to leave the Hinds county courthouse the night the mcd workers got locked in.
The problem with what you wrote is that there wasn’t a DEM runoff on 6/24 - only a Republican one. This page clearly shows a DEM voter - voting on 6/24 in the REP runoff? Understand? It means these people are registered DEMS voting in the REP runoff - not voting DEM on 6/24.
BREAKING: REPORT from the front: As of 1:30 PM CST in just Hinds County alone we had 700 Dem primary, R run off illegal voters. #mssen
------------------------------------
Not clear if it's 800 one place and 700 another. But, it's a LOT!!!
He has Romney people working for him
Thanks!
REPORT: Over a 1,000 illegal Dem primary, R runoffs in Hinds County alone. Don't let Barbour backed Pete "the cheat" Perry steal it. #mssen

Dude, I’ll say again...”That’s not the way it works, that’s not the way ANY of this works”.
What the picture shows is a logbook to record the issuance of ballots to registered Hinds County voters. There are two books that are identical (have ALL the same information except for the “header” information. THIS book is the version that has recorded information for folks who WERE ISSUED A DEMOCRAT BALLOT IN THE JUNE 3RD PRIMARY. All the names ON THIS PAGE are on the same page in the corresponding REPUBLICAN version. Folks who were given a Republican primary ballot on June 3rd are annotated in the Republican version. Some of the names that are not marked as “voted” on this Democrat version of this page WILL be marked as voted on the Republican version (if they requested and received a Republican ballot on 6/23). Folks who are registered voters on this page who did NOT vote on 6/23 will not be annotated as having voted ON EITHER version. It’s done this way to comply with and enforce Mississippi law—which is DIFFERENT from the law and electoral processes in YOUR state. Don’t conflate the two states’ processes—it will cause confusion.
