Forget about it.
1. The emails are gone. The reason it took so long say that the emails were deleted is that the folks deleting the emails were thorough and it took time.
2. With no emails, there is no evidence. Despite the fact there is proof that evidence was destroyed, the lack of evidence makes it impossible to prosecute Lerner or go after her superiors.
3. The people responsible for maintaining and preserving those email will not be prosecuted because there is no “proof” of criminal intent. (Proof of criminal intent is required during Democrat Administrations, but not during ‘Pubbie Administrations where simply forgetting something can land you in jail.)

It would be interesting to find out what they did with any mail server logs and any reports generated by log analysis tools. Was there any requirement to send any of that data to the National archives?
