This is what “civil disobedience” is about - refuse to obey the unjust law, and be prepared to take the consequences. The arrest and perhaps the trial and sentence may be imposed, but that is what appeals courts are for. At some level, some judge will exercise conscience in obeying the Constitution, and the injustice of the law is revealed for all to see.

If they bother to look.

But at this level, I can’t see many people rolling that pair of dice, just to make a point...

If you desire to live on the edge, that’s cool, I’m with ya...

Just make absolutely sure that your affairs are in order, and your assets protected and controlled by someone close to you that you trust not to screw you over...

Cause the ride you take lasts longer than 8 seconds cowboy...hehehe, no prob, muh man!!!

That is still a mild case of Normalcy Bias.

The Courts are as corrupted as the Federal Beast is. Despotism is what will be revealed when we defy the edicts of the Crown, not some 'come to Jesus moment' that a judge will suddenly come to when the courts uphold tyranny.

They will rule "The law is the law" even if it has no legitimacy whatsoever.

Think William Wallace being told he is a subject of a tyrant even though he never recognized his rule over him. We are now in the same boat.
