Do you have ANY actual documentation to support this bizarre claim? Yahoo chat rooms about stuff like this are more than likely hoaxes.
I have read just about everything out there regarding abortion and I have talked to numerous women who have had abortions and NOTHING that I've read or heard even hinted that women received any sexual gratification from abortion.
I'm really wondering if you are serious, joking or a troll trying to create trouble.

No no trolling, this is just a logical step on the progression of secularism. Wait until artificial life forms that appear to be fully human can be fabricated. That is not a joke either.
