On Purpose
They certainly do.
May these people be crushed in the coming recession. Welfare queens
Cochran better hope these blacks decide to vote for him over the Democrat. Yeah right. Dream on.
Cochran is toast.
I wouldn’t vote for him for water taster at a sewage treatment plant.
105% will vote Democrat in November.
Philadelphia style walking around money works in Biloxi too. But the NY Times missed the payday.
Funny how these same liberals have NO problem with those robo calls to these blacks suggesting that blacks only live on welfare and food stamps..gee, imagine if a Conservative had released those same robo calls, can you imagine the outrage from the left and the media, but since its their guy they could care less
The great lie repeated again. Nixon's strategy was to let the race-baiters on one side (Dixiecrats) and the ultra-left anti-war kooks on the other take the extremes while he appealed to and captured the great majority in between.
“...Cochran is toast.

If I see a “Conservatives for Childers” organization set up, I’m contributing to it. Same thing goes for a “Republicans for Childers” organization
It’s not enough to “not vote for Cochran”, we have to vote for his opponent and send Cochran into a well deserved banishment and SEND THE GOPe a message they’ll remember. Let the RINOs get their Majority without Cochran-—don’t reward their despicable Mississippi tactics; PUNISH those tactics.
I wish I had your confidence. I fully expect the first polls to show Cochran with a lead over his Democrat challenger, bouyed by faithful Republicans who believe taking control of the senate is more important than fighting for Senators who will actually represent their party. I really hope the Republicans he called racist stay home in November. As Rush said on his show today, we have to start removing these guys sometime.
They still do what the massa tells them to do. What has changed?
While serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, Travis [Childers] received the endorsements of the National Rifle Association (NRA), earning an A-plus pro-gun voting record, and the National Right to Life for his exemplary pro-life record. He also received the U.S. Chamber of Commerces Spirit of Enterprise Award in recognition of his pro-business record.
Two out of three ain't bad.
The only problem is that Democrats use the race card against Tea Party Conservatives too.
I haven't voted for a democrat since Carter.
“For the first time since President Richard M. Nixons divisive Southern strategy that sent whites to the Republican Party and blacks to the Democrats, African-American voters have come out in force for a Republican in the Deep South.”
They are still pushing the liberal myth I see....perhaps they should check their own archives...

Wishful thinking by Marxist Metro Types!
I saw it differently. Essentially, over time the Republicans won the argument on race.
So once that was eliminated from the equation, people shifted parties based on national security issues especially as well as economic ones. Anti-communists among the Dems shifted to the GOP.
The Dems continue to be the party obsessed by race, and determined to re-write their history. And with their history, who can blame them?
The Times acts like only Nixon’s strategy sent Southern Whites to the GOP. They forget that in Mississippi Goldwater won by a landslide! And that was in 1964 which was a whole term before Nixon won his narrow victory over Humphrey in 1968.
When the polls show Childers has a chance to win the blacks are going to crawl over glass to vote for him and laugh at Cochran for being so stupid. They will have stuck it to the man. And I don’t blame them.
The election proved how 0bama won his elections, the ray’s sis in the Black community, and what motivates the free shite army
May these people be crushed in the coming recession.
They have no worries. They will always have food and housing at the taxpayers expense no matter what.
