Imagine if this were during George Bush’s term. They’d have been shrieking 24/7 that we were in a Depression.
They basically tried that with the “worst economy since Herbert Hoover” line. Not sure if that was the media but more so the Democrat politicians but I’m sure it went unchallenged.
