Interesting, but some coffee grown in Columbia has exactly the same profile as most Hawaiian. A mellow cup.

Since the price of Hawaiian is generally so high, I occasionally look for that same profile in Columbian coffee. IIRC, the plants first established in Hawaii came from Columbia. (My memory is loose on that....could be they had the same common source...something like that.)
