From the end of the linked article:

“Unauthorized disclosure of confidential tax information is a felony offense that can result in five years in prison, but the Department of Justice did not bring criminal charges.”

So, basically the government admits it did wrong but know one is going to go to jail or will even lose their job. I see a signal here: GREEN LIGHT!

RE: So, basically the government admits it did wrong but know one is going to go to jail or will even lose their job. I see a signal here: GREEN LIGHT!

The sentence is this:

” but the Department of Justice did not bring criminal charges.”

Of course, let’s ask ourselves — WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT?

Well, well, well, it just so happened to be the same man who was held in Contempt of Congress — ERIC HOLDER.

And what did being held in contempt get him?

NOTHING.

Unless this feckless Congress exercise its power to punish, which is to JAIL ERIC HOLDER, these abuses will continue because they, like Holder, DO get away with it.
