I think she’s on her way out - FAIL.

Perhaps that's just as well. I have noticed in the past few months that Yahoo's e-mail service has gotten worse. It used to be that you could sort e-mails in the inbox alphabetically by sender, which facilitated deleting unwanted e-mails in bulk, but that is no longer the case. And they now run ads to the right of the text of the e-mail, which after a while becomes annoying to the reader. If you don't want the ads, you have to pay a fee.

I've diverted most of my Yahoo e-mail to my Google account.

There’s been a tidal wave of complaints about the disastrous new Yahoo! email system, which also ruined AT&T email. Missy Mayer was in charge of that customer-alienating fiasco, as well.

Everybody at Yahoo! was apparently asleep when they approved it, despite the exclamation point in their name, which I assume means the correct pronunciation is to shout it.
