IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said that he has seen no evidence anyone committed a crime when the agency lost emails. I wonder what he will have to say now??

I fear they will suddenly “Find” the lost E-mails only after they have “sanitized them”......

We need more laws.

We need more funding.

We need more Ammunition.

We need more surveilence.

We need more hope-n-change.

The Obama liberal argument to anything limiting the powers of an out of control federal government with it's populace in the crosshairs.

Now that bureaucratic regulations have caught them naked, maybe THEY will be pushing for fewer of them too!

Be funny if the Lord could finesse this into having the IRS support libertarian philosophy. Because the tiger they ride is getting hungry.

Anybody that knows anything about emails knows that this whole “my hard drive crashed” thing is a blatant excuse, at the same level of credibility as “the dog ate my homework” except that we all know that dogs CAN sometimes eat homework...and we also know that there are so many redundant copies of any email that what they are claiming is virtually impossible.

Like claiming that the dog at the homework that was on the laptop.

Can we at least arrest IRS Commissioner John Koskinen over this?

(I know, I’m dreaming)

He'll just say he learned from the best.

So they broke the law, what are the repercussions?

The IRS and its Progressive managers will play for a reduced (and much less interesting) charge of breaking the law on record keeping, as it allows delay, obfuscation and elimination of law-breaking for political reasons.

And they are banking that such a “boring” scandal over bad record-keeping will not have any legs in the public and the Government-controlled media.

Did anyone ask the key follow up. Had IRS lost records in past, if yes, how quickly did they notify them.

Gee. I wonder what would happen to my company if I didn’t follow the law regarding emails and the IRS wanted them?

Would they accept an “Awe shucks. My hard drive crashed.”?

AP is trying to sugarcoat this thing. The emails weren't just "lost"... they were intentionally DESTROYED.

The crime here isn't merely the failure to report the "accidental loss", and AP knows it.

Targeting political enemies during an election cycle is a HUGE crime. Covering up and destroying evidence is another big crime. Lying about the crime and the coverup is yet another crime.

Team Obama orchestrated the crime of targeting. Team Obama ordered the destruction of evidence. Team Obama is deeply involved in the coverup.

Team Obama is likely committing the same crimes this election cycle. The MSM thinks that the end justifies the means, and will do everything in their power to assist Obama.

I have to wonder, if the IRS had not harassed the Tea Party, would the GOP have won Ohio and the Presidency? My guess is No. Is anyone investigating the precinct leadership in the counties with suspect voter turnout anymore? I would think some basic statistical analysis would draw attention to details the Main Stream Media missed. We’ve got to punch Obama while he is down with even more revelations of his dirty work - and not focus on any one thing. Keep the hits coming!

He grew up in a bar?! What is he talking about?

"Yup, looks like we didn't follow the law. Oh, well."

I wouldn't try that in traffic court.
