I cannot see the majority of the citizens of the state of Maryland, who benefit a great deal from Washington DC’s Big Government, voting for a guy who wants to curtail it.
Sure, there are freedom loving, small government Republicans in Maryland, but they are a distinct minority.
In his district, he will win today’s primary and should do well in the general election. I’ve met him a couple times. Straight up guy. He’s done an amazing job of becoming a nationally known figure as a private citizen while working his way toward public office.
