Who had the most motive and greatest likelihood of doing what they were accused of--the grandmother to devise and carry out such a plot without having even entered the KFC, or the franchisee to omit details and allege such a hoax (focusing on a word, perhaps, or a time of day)?
Individual franchisees of global corporations commit credit card fraud and all kinds of other crimes. Generally, they're no more credible than grandmothers.
