Actually the whole tear drop thing is now unreliable. You can go into any tattoo parlor and they will ink you one no questions asked. Punks go in to get them in order to bolster their “street rep”. Just remember to never fear anyone due to their ink. As I teach it: ink is color, not kevlar - it does nothing in a gun fight.
