I actually did see the Bundy standoff as a turning point. A huge one. I believe the government knows there are tens of millions of americans that, had it ended up with shots fired, would have possibly participated in a “critical mass” event resulting in actual civil war.

They had no choice but to back off, but only because the timing was not right. They will prepare. They will push again, but next time they will be prepared, or at least believe they are.

What they still fail to understand is that there were THOUSANDS waiting with the vehicles loaded ready to head out and many other THOUSANDS on their way when the standoff climaxed.

The right time for our liberal/left government will be in 2016 when Obama can use a Bundy standoff type incident to declare martial law just in time to influence the Presidential election.
