So do I. But I can tell you that as sure as I am typing this, very little will actually change. Unless he has the ability (both Houses in firm control) to go scorched earth on the bureaucracy, it will simply be delayed. Better than the alternative, but President Cruz would have 8 solid years of fixing to do after this catastrophe.
