Wouldn’t the company still have the emails archived? When the contract was vacated wouldn’t the company have returned all archived data? Where are the emails. I suspect that the company should be talking to congress.

I believe the email company would still have those emails based on the law that all peoples and companies had to keep their content for several years after making contact....we had a thread on this several years ago too.

That’s what I’m thinking. The company should still have those emails. I hope Issa has picked up the phone and called them already.

As a federal employee I know for a fact that there are digital copies on an email server somewhere. Emails go from the computer, to the email server, then to the recipient. That email server keeps copies of them. Somewhere there are copies of those emails, and Obama and his cronies are stalling until they are all destroyed.
