Moscow’s interests are the same everywhere: Pro-Moscow and anti-US
I don’t disagree, but there are places Moscow can jump in and Beijing can’t, and this is one of them. I think Washington and Moscow both are interested in beating Beijing to the punch, and, in that way, sometimes their interests overlap. Just sayin’….
