What she means is that she (ie. our government) brought them here and is collecting them. And you and I are paying fr it.
IMHO, the Obama administration is the one who had the plan to bring these kids in, and then spread them around through the country...just as is being done. And they are allowing these people, in essence, to stand in for the LEOs and move them forward. Anyhow...IMHO, the Obama administration facilitated this thing, and the stories about these kids running from drug cartels, and newspaper publishing stories to encourage it is either a cover for their operation, or something be used to help facilitate it.

Countries have issued harsh penalties to their own treasonous leaders for much less.
Bringing illegals into the US CANNOT be legal! Whomever does that should be arrested. Whomever authorized it should be fired or impeached, whichever fits.
