Mark Warner and BlackRock: Its Complicated
http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2014/06/mark-warner-and-blackrock-its-complicated/
“The Campaign to Fix The Debt made its first splash in the fall of 2011 with a chic dinner party held in Sen. Mark Warners (D-Va.) backyard.
Among the billionaire CEOs in attendance was Laurence D. Fink, whose company BlackRock Inc. was in the process of selling equity investments to his host and would soon be giving him generous political contributions.
In late 2011, Warner who is running for re-election and is the wealthiest senator and the richest Democrat in Congress purchased his first shares of a mutual fund managed by BlackRock, a multinational investment firm. His shares in the fund were valued at between $5 million and $25 million as of Dec. 31, 2012, and produces annual dividends of $100,000 to $1 million per year, according to Warners most recent financial disclosure report. (The reports are due annually on May 15, but Warner has asked for an extension on filing his 2013 forms.)”/snip
RINOs are a disgusting lot. Not one dime to the...not one vote (no matter what the circumstances).
Well yea, but he is a Dem.
GOP-e? They’re Democrats. If they were GOP or GOP-E, they’d back the Republican candidate.
This is why if the GOP takes the Senate in November there will be party switches. Collins and Murkowski the most likely. The GOP needs to have a 3+ majority to avoid this Arlen Spectorism.
Your GOP-E is supporting liberal democrats again.
/johnny
They need to be called out on their blind support of liberals.

GOP-E always support the liberal.

Really, the Uniparty is the Party of the Government.
It's the Only Way to say it.
The REAL Virgina Republican Party showed its face when it gave Eric Cantor a ONE-WAY ticket to K-Street on June 10th. These clowns are still there, and we’ll dispense with them shortly.
Someone make the case that people refusing to abandon and fight against this political party are not themselves evil.
Lets see what fantasies people can invent so we know what to watch for in a couple months.
Lemme know what it goes for and I might list mine. Only solid advantage I can see for having a VA voter ID is that you might, just might, get picked for jury privilege and have the opportunity to be a fully informed juror.
These are all moderate pukes. For some reason the rats in VA seem to think getting endorsed by a bunch of liberal repugnicans is going to help their campaign. Who knows? Maybe it helps; stupid is as stupid does.
I know. I was commenting on the idiot Repubics.
I like to call them the Republican’ts..
Cue the pic from Casablanca. I’m shocked, shocked to see uniparty politutes endorse uniparty politutes.
Just another confirmation that the UNIPARTY lives on.
you hardly ever see rats endorsing pubs....rats stick like glue....
never, ever vote rats nor support them....
exactly.....only to candidates....none to the “party” people....they can not be trusted with your money...
